Supporting the public sector mission with true modern technologies
Facilitated Capture
At ITAAC, we empower high technology, COTS software, and hardware companies to deliver off-the-shelf solutions that advance critical public sector missions. Our expertise bridges the gap between innovative technologies and government needs — from navigating complex missions and mapping key decision-makers to applying the rule of law and uncovering the right contract vehicles.
We streamline communication with government mission owners and open doors to Other Transaction Authority (OTA) opportunities and non-FAR contracting pathways, accelerating success for nontraditional suppliers. Our team brings proven experience across security, networking, cloud solutions, AI, development tools, and middleware — helping you turn potential into performance.
Partnership Engagement B2B
We help high technology, COTS software, and hardware companies build a complete ecosystem for success in the government sector — bringing together key partners including SETA contractors, large and small system integrators, and technology innovators. We capture and leverage past performance to pre-validate capabilities for specific federal opportunities, ensuring your solutions are positioned to win.
Our team conducts deep research to identify and validate Federal System Integrators and technology firms operating within your ecosystem, accelerating your path to partnership. We also guide you through essential certification processes including FedRAMP, ATO, RMF, FISMA, and SBOM compliance. As one of the few firms that helped the government create a standardized tech assessment process, ITAAC-ICHNET’s architecture and methodology — developed alongside DARPA, SECAF, OUSD, and MITRE — is trusted to help emerging technologies move faster, smarter, and with greater impact.
Technology Proving Ground (IV&V)
For emerging technology providers seeking independent validation, we offer unparalleled access to testing labs across the United States, including TAC, CMUSEI, Space Dynamics Lab, GMUC4I Center, the Digital Twins Consortium, and the IT Consortium (IT-SICSQ). Our comprehensive assessment process evaluates interoperability, business fit, scalability, cyber resilience, and total cost of ownership to ensure your technology meets the highest standards. Utilizing ITAAC’s government-approved Architecture Assurance Method (AAM), labs can repurpose your existing implementation data, successes, and third-party assessments — both inside and outside of government — to validate your self-attestation with confidence.
ITAAC has a proven track record, having partnered with major Cloud Service Providers (CSPs) to help establish the Joint Warfighter Cloud Computing Contract (JWCC) and to expand access to the Department of Defense’s Distributed Common Ground System (DCGS).
Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM)
ITAAC connects government leaders and technology innovators across the policy, legislative, and executive communities to drive meaningful change in the high-tech sector. We established a Center of Excellence to unite government and industry in advancing best practices and strategies for supply chain risk management (SCRM). Through a partnership with the Foundation for Defense of Democracies (FDD.org), we share critical lessons learned and promote innovative solutions.
Working alongside nonprofit partners, we have supported expert working groups, identified key gaps in existing frameworks such as the Risk Management Framework (RMF), FedRAMP, and ATO processes, and advocated for meaningful change. Our efforts have driven major policy advancements, including the achievement of ATO reciprocity and the restructuring of FedRAMP to better meet the needs of today’s dynamic technology landscape.
Working Group
ITAAC proudly serves all stakeholders in the emerging technology market, including Congress, by providing guidance on enforcing existing policies and shaping new ones to accelerate technology delivery and maximize the value of taxpayer investments. We have led more than 70 working groups focused on critical areas such as requirements development, architecture modeling, performance management, zero trust, and multi-cloud strategies. Our working groups bring together key stakeholders from Congress, the White House, the Executive Branch, subject matter experts (SMEs), and solution providers. Drawing on a network of over 25 leading nonprofit organizations and our broad membership base, ITAAC ensures that every initiative is grounded in expertise and collaboration.
Our latest effort, the DOGE Sidecar program supporting the Department of Defense, will launch four additional groups to help implement the Secretary of Defense’s memorandum on accelerating delivery to the warfighter, as well as advance the President’s executive order to streamline acquisition — an area where ITAAC has been leading innovation for over two decades.
